To start a return, you can contact us at bstsmn24@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
B's T's will accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered merchandise purchased in store or online that shipped to a U.S. address for B's T's STORE CREDIT ONLY within 30 days from the date your order shipped/placed.
If by chance you receive an item damaged or defective, it may be returned by contacting our Customer Support at bstsmn24@gmail.com within 3 DAYS of delivery.
We do not offer refunds. No exceptions. Store credit may be used to purchase that same item in a different size or a completely different item. Store Credit never expires.
Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping will not be refunded in the event of a returned item. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer to send any items back to B's T's.
- We do not price match or price guarantee. No exceptions. If an item is marked lower than the price paid, we will not honor the price difference. An item that is returned in hopes to purchase the item at the cheaper price will NOT be acknowledged. No exceptions.
- Any item returned with stains, smells of cigarette smoke, perfume, or deodorant, has animal hair, or any appearance of being worn, it will not be accepted as a return.
- Returns must be received in original, unused condition with tags attached.
- We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed in transit or marked as "delivered" by the carrier.
- Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received.
- All website returns will receive an emailed electronic gift certificate that can be used on the website when you check out.
CHANGING OR CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or cancelled after checkout.
If a sale is announced the day following a purchase, all orders will NOT be allowed to be returned/exchanged/cancelled for sale price.
